Diamond Plate – Live in Denver – April 27th, 2012

Simply put, these guys rule. Konrad Kupiec is the best shredder (I know of) under 21 years of age. I was lucky to see them put on a great show last Halloween supporting Warbringer, but their set supporting Overkill was just more impressive. It seemed like they were tighter as a band, and it was like they were a bit more comfortable on stage.

If you’re a skeptic, just give ’em a shot. Konrad Kupiec can play lead guitar with the best of them, and they’re worth your time. Not to mention they’re about 30x better live than on CD.

Oh boy… OVERKILL! My absolute favorite band! The first time I saw them was 2 years and 2 days from the date these photos were taken. Last night was truly awesome, and I have Overkill to thank for that.

Jon Macak, bassist/banana/singer of Diamond Plate

Their drummer (Jim Nicademus) was a bottle of beer

Action!

They were great live. I'd recommend seeing 'em if ya wanna thrash!
